Where do you source your materials?

We work directly with our suppliers that are all over the world, mainly China, Italy and USA. We ensure all materials are ethically made and sourced. We prioritize a strong relationship with all our suppliers that consists of transparency and integrity. We mainly use 314L Stainless Steel and .925 Sterling Silver. We will always state the materials used in the description of each item.

What do I do when my jewelry tarnishes or is dirty?

We sell polishing clothes for cleaning your jewelry. Typically .925 Sterling Silver will begin to oxidize over time especially if exposed to wetness of any kind, when this happens you can simply clean it off with a polishing cloth or use a liquid jewelry cleaner. As for Stainless Steel, it will not tarnish but it can get dirty so we recommend the polishing cloth for cleaning that as well. How do I order Wholesale?

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped an email notification will be sent with the tracking number. You will be able to track your order.

It depends on the mail carrier and shipping speed that is selected at checkout.

When will my order ship?

It will ship within 2 business days.

What causes a delayed delivery?

Mail carriers may have a delay in delivery service, the item(s) could be out of stock and waiting on components to arrive, or it can be a preorder item(s).

How do I find my DALMATA order number?

How do I request an EXCHANGE or Return?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been submitted we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order due to our fast processing period.

Can I return Sale items?

Yes. Unless it says "FINAL SALE" in the description of the product.

Will my original postage costs be refunded?

No it will not be refunded.

How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?

Once we receive the returned item(s) please allow 2-3 business days for the processing time period.

What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?

Please use new and padded packaging to secure item(s) when returning it back to us.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout that assists in situations like this. You must submit a claim within 15 days from the delivery date: claims.route.com. If you did not purchase Route please contact our Customer Support Team at care@shopdalmata.com within 15 days from delivery date.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we offer one time exchanges for the same price value within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in its original condition and in the same packaging. Our Customer Support Team will issue a return shipping label. This label must be used to return items. Customers are responsible for the new item(s) shipping fee.
